This is our refund policy. The following is final and no negotiations will be made.1. If you request a refund after taking 1 cycle of class, you request will be declined.
a. You have already attended class and we have given you everything we promised. Whether you like it or not is not for us to decide. How do we know whether you really like it or not? How we know what you are doing with all material sent. Unfortunately, just saying something is not good enough.
b. If you say, "well I didn't like what I saw" The answer to that is that you should do your due diligence before signing up. You could have asked a 100 questions before signing up and make a decision based on that instead of making a rash decision. We are not forcing you to sign up you are doing it yourself.
c. If you say, "I don't like the strategies or I don't like the way class is held". All this information is given during the introductory webinars and there are plenty of opportunities to get questions answered. If you make a hurried decision and still follow through with the decision and attend class, how is that our fault? You must be responsible for your own actions.
d. This is not a risk free opportunity to see what we have to offer and find out whether it is to your liking or not. This is not an opportunity where you can simply learn what we offer after taking class and then decide to get a refund. We did everything we promised. If you have doubts about the way things are held, ask before signing up and be smart about making decisions.
e. If we issue refunds after taking class, then why wouldn't we just say, "Take our class, go through our training and if you like it, then you can pay". That's not the way it works.
f. During Introduction, we talk a little about our methods and what analysis we do before taking trades. If you still don't understand that, then you should ask questions BEFORE signing up. Ask as many questions as you like. If you don't like it or don't get the answers you were looking for, DON''T sign up. Whether you like it or not is not our fault and we will not oblige. We maintain detailed records indicating when you attended the sessions.
Bottom line: If you pay and sit through class: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED under any circumstances.
2. Full refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
a. If you sign up for training/competition and you change your mind BEFORE taking classes. We have detailed records indicating who has attended and who has not. If you really did not sit in, your refund will be issued promptly, no questions asked. |
